Qualifications
All direct care staff must submit a current CPR card for health care employees. Licensed and Certified Staff must submit current certification and maintain current CEU's while employed. An application can be filled out at the facility and a charting demonstration may be required. All employees are subject to an orientation program as well as a 90-day introductory period. All employees must participate in a background check, drug screen, TB test, pre-employment physical, and fingerprinting.
