Rates

Alpine Special Treatment Center, Inc rates are as follows and are due prior to admission:
Assessment: $4900.00*
Weekly: $2500.00*
Monthly: $9000.00*

Initial Assessment phase is a non-refundable fee of : $4,900.00*
The assessment phase 1-14 days. Length is determined by medical necessity and client participation.

If additional time is required a weekly rate will automatically billed at $2,500.00* per week.
After the first 30 days if the client and the psychiatrist feel additional time would be necessary the payee can decided to select a monthly rate of $9000.00* Or weekly rate of $2500.00*

*Partial stays, early departures, AMA, will not be prorated or refunded. Psychiatrist, Medical Evaluations, Medication, Labs, will bill the responsible party separately.

Transportation and outside services are excluded. Additional services such as individual community outings, extensive discharge planning, occupational therapies; case management assistance can all be arranged at an additional cost.

Because secondary illnesses can have an effect on lifestyle and medication compliance in adults with mental illness we consider dietary and weight control to play an important role in treatment. Our dietary menu is designed to meet requirements of the American Diabetes and Heart Associations and all special diets prescribed by the treating physician. Our menu is carefully designed by a registered dietician to offer a variety of choices for both a pleasurable experience as well as health concerns which includes weight gain, diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure.
