Nursing Support

Safe staffing levels have been shown to be a critical factor in determining client outcomes. When there is a sufficient ratio of direct care staff to clients, a number of basic safety and preventative measures are more likely to occur. There is better surveillance for client problems; better communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams; and less stress for staff.

ASTCI strives to provide a high level of nursing support as indicated by our current staffing hours.
